Abstrakty

Omówiono potrzebę uwzględnienia dodatkowych elementów w rachunku efektywności inwestycji związanych z gospodarką odpadami. Przedstawiono modyfikację dotychczas stosowanej metodyki rachunku efektywności inwestycji i innych zamierzeń produkcyjnych z 1974 roku. W dalszej części przedstawiono dostosowanie projektowanej metodyki oceny efektywności inwestycji i innych zamierzeń rozwojowych z 1988 r. do gospodarki odpadami.

The utilization of waste is most often realized through investments, The investments aim at achieving definite production. But this is not the only effect of these undertakings. The effects resulting form the utilization of waste may be classified as substitute effects and those of ecological type. These effects should be taken into consideration when calculating the effectiveness of the investments because otherwise the evaluation of the effectiveness of those undertakings will be untrue. Basing on the material under investigation, the hitherto used and projected "Skeleton Methodology of Investment Effectiveness Evaluation" has been modified by including additional substitute and ecological effects in calculation. The carried out studies have proved inconsiderable usability of basic formula when investigating the effectiveness of production plans aiming at waste utilization. It is necessary to adjust these formula to the specificity of waste management and thereby to give the economic and ecological calculations their dimensions. (original abstract)
