Microeconomic Calculus and Decisions of State Enterprises in the Period of Transformation

Abstrakty
The author develops a model of probable responses of state enterprises to changes in the macroeconomic policy under conditions of transformation of the economic system. It is assumed that, over the period of changing economic system, state enterprises are not interested in accumulation of their own means for development purposes. On the other hand, when running into debt, which happens frequently, they show excessive, in relation to the possibilities, expectations of aid from outside. Imparts of changes in economic policy on the financial position of these enterprises are considered. It is observed that the ways of adjustment most advantageous for the enterprise are the least advantageous from the macroeconomic point of view. As a result, the improvement in the microeconomic efficiency, one of the main goals of transformation of the economic system, is advancing very slowly. (original abstract)
