Abstrakty

Zmiany zachodzące na rynku światowym a także postęp w zakresie technologii elektronicznych i telekomunikacji miały istotny wpływ na rozwój nowej formy organizacji jaką jest organizacja wirtualna. W pracy tej przedstawiono podstawowe modele cyklu życia tej organizacji a następnie na podstawie ich analizy zaproponowano jego modyfikację. Następnie ukazano jakie działania należałoby podjąć, aby poprawić jakość cyklu życia organizacji w poszczególnych jej etapach. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The changes, which take place on world market and also progress in electronic and telecommunication technologies, have a great impact on the development of a new form of organization called virtual organization. In the paper the basic models of life cycle of virtual organizations were presented and on the basis of their analysis their modification was suggested. Futhermore, the activities, which could improve quality of life cycle of this organization on its particular stages, were also presented. (original abstract)
