Abstrakty

Od końca XX wieku czynnikami poważnie kształtującymi działania zarówno samych uczelni, jak i rządów poszczególnych państw stały się trzy zjawiska: globalizacja, umiędzynarodowienie oraz działania ponadnarodowe. Omówiono działanie amerykańskich uczelni w Zatoce Perskiej.
