Corporationism: Utopia or Chance

Abstrakty
Corporationism is a sociological term related to an organized community whose foundations consist in the sense of purpose, that is to say, in relations between individuals and groups which make possible realization of the community's common good without violating the individual character of the community's members. The development of the corporationist thought goes on since the ancient up to the most reccnt times. Today's neocorporationism tends to assure the compliance with the principles of asymmetry, regionalization and decentralization, while emphasizing the moral aspects of the forms of agreements and cooperation. In its history, corporationism passed through its full bloom in the Middle Ages. In the 20th century, after aberrations of the state-controlled system, there is a revival of the corporationist idea as the principle of integration and humanization of capitalizm. In the post-1989 Poland, it is worthwhile to consider a possibility of application of the selective and flexible neocorporationism allowing for the principle of auxiliarity in the state's economic policy.
