Abstrakty
W niniejszym artykule autor zestawia dotychczasowe modele dotyczące zarządzania innowacyjnością, proponując na ich podstawie siedem kategorii procesu badawczo-rozwojowego. Następnie omawia poszczególne kategorie wraz z przeglądem stosowanych mierników. Według autora - z punktu widzenia procesu - mierniki innowacyjności można podzielić na szereg mierników poszczególnych części procesu badawczo-rozwojowego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

In this article the author discusses the current models of innovativeness management and based on these models he suggests seven categories for the research and development process. Subsequently, he discusses all these categories separately, including a review of the applied measures. According to the author, the innovativeness measures can be divided into a series of measures of respective parts of the research and development process. The suggested and discussed measures of research and development activity can aid the management of this activity, both in companies and in research units, and consequently lead to an increase of the effectiveness of R&D activities. The author believes that they can also be applied for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the activity of Research & Development Units (RDUs), which should analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of their activity in a similar way as the R&D departments in private companies, even though their way of financing is different.
