Celem pracy jest próba przedstawienia argumentów wskazujących na potrzebę zainicjowania szerszego dyskursu na temat zachowań etycznych państwa jako realokatora czynników wytwórczych oraz udowodnienie istnienia silnych związków pomiędzy postępowaniem etycznym państwa a realizacją założeń ekonomii dobrobytu. The bibliography of the subject often stresses the fact that the economics of wealth remains in a strict relation to the ethics, including the ethical perspective on the activities of the government. It is so not without a reason, for the very term "wealth" includes a valuation of a good as well as of a need. Even more so if considered, that each conversion of what is called "wealth" must at any case be valuated by the considered entities as a change aiming to improve or to worsen the situation. Moreover such a perspective proves to be normative, i.e. it not only focuses on a quantitative measurement of the satisfied needs, but also on the ethical attributes of the scopes of the economic process. The aim of the article is to argument for the need to boost a wider discussion about the ethical aspect of the activities of the as the relocator of the productive factors, as well as to prove the obviousness of the relation between the ethical attitude of the government and the implementation of the rules of the economics of wealth.
