Abstrakty

Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu dokonanie przeglądu zakresu przedmiotowego badań nad europejską polityką energetyczną, wskazanie najważniejszych dylematów teoretycznych w podejmowanych analizach oraz przegląd najczęściej wykorzystywanych i najbardziej adekwatnych narzędzi metodologicznych. Autor wskazuje na egzemplifikację różnych podejść analitycznych i sposobów formułowania problematyki badawczej odnoszącej się do polskiej, ale głównie jednak (z konieczności) do światowej literatury przedmiotu. The author of this article seeks to review the fundamental theoretical dilemmas and major methodological challenges to be met by a researcher of European Union' energy policy. In the first part, the scope and structure of the EU energy policy research agenda is covered, accompanied by a basic characterization of the policy itself. This description can act as a 'road map' of already undertaken and potential analytical perspectives. The second part provides the theoretical basis, which is followed by a review of the most frequently explored and most adequate methodological tools. The author presents examples of different analytical approaches and ways of defining research problems, referring to Polish and international scientific literature. (original abstract)
