Abstrakty
W gospodarce opartej na wiedzy efektywność podmiotów gospodarczych, a w konsekwencji wzrost gospodarczy, w coraz większym stopniu zależy od wykorzystania i rozwoju aktywów intelektualnych. Teoria ekonomii' wykazuje, że głównym czynnikiem długoterminowego wzrostu produktywności są zmiany techniczne. Powszechna jest zatem opinia, że skutecznym sposobem zwiększania produktywności przedsiębiorstw jest prowadzenie prac badawczo--rozwojowych (research and development - R & D).(abstrakt oryginalny)
Investment in research and development is considered to be one of the most im-portant factors of economical growth. For that reason many countries introduce solu-tions that are to support private expenditures in this area. The most popular method of stimulating private investment in R & D uses tax incentives. The aim of this article is to asses effectiveness of this kind of economical tools.(original abstract)
