Abstrakty

Artykuł dotyczy problemów oceny i wyboru systemów zarządzania dokonaniami przedsiębiorstwa. W pierwszej części wyjaśniono bardzo zwięźle istotę zarządzania dokonaniami, podając przy tym autorską definicję tego podejścia do zarządzania. Następnie zaprezentowano przegląd opinii różnych autorów na to zagadnienie i na tej podstawie zaproponowano oryginalny zbiór kryteriów, który można wykorzystać na potrzeby oceny i doboru systemów zarządzania dokonaniami. The paper deals with the problems of the evaluation and selection of corporate performance management systems. In the first part of the article the essence of corporate performance management was depicted very briefly including the author's own definition of this approach to management. Next the overview of different opinions on the subject was presented and on this basis the original set of criteria used for evaluation and selection of performance management system was proposed.
