Przyszłość dzisiejszych organizacji tkwi w ich umiejętności adaptowania się do zmian. Sytuacja ta powoduje potrzebę poszukiwania rozwiązań organizacyjnych odpowiadających tym wymaganiom także w obszarze ZZL. Biorąc pod uwagę powyższe, celem niniejszego artykułu stało się zidentyfikowanie kluczowych zagadnień wymagających analizy w procesie przygotowania organizacji do zarządzania zmianami systemu ocen okresowych pracowników. W efekcie studiów zaproponowano jedno z możliwych rozwiązań - podejście instytucjonalne do zarządzania zmianą. Opracowanie można także traktować jako propozycję sposobu do analizy innych podejść. The future of today's organization lies with its ability to adapt to change. This situation forces the need to search for organizational solutions that meet this challenge in the realm of HRM. Bearing the above in mind, the goal of this article is the identification of key questions requiring analysis in the process of preparing the organization for managing change in the employee performance appraisal system. A possible solution, the result of the study, has been proposed - the institutional approach to change management. The study may also be considered a proposal for ways to analyze other approaches.
