Postrzegane wsparcie organizacji (Perceived Organizational Support, POS) jako zmienna wpływająca na funkcjonowanie pracownika w organizacji a także na jego relację z organizacją może być instrumentem w rękach managerów do kształtowania oczekiwanych zachowań organizacyjnych. Zachowania obywatelskie (OCB) czyli zachowania wykraczające poza zakres obowiązków służbowych mają wpływ m.in. na wizerunek firmy i pośrednio na jej efektywność [Kuvaas, Dysvik 2007, s. 1-6]. Celem artykułu jest uchwycenie uwarunkowań relacji POS-OCB, analiza badań opublikowanych w literaturze a także identyfikacja obszarów wymagających dalszych badań. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Building on the social exchange perspective this study investigates the relationships between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in past and current researches. OCB influences i.e. image and indirectly effectiveness of companies [Kuvaas, Dysvik 2007, p. 1-6]. POS determines organizational behavior of employees. In explaining the relationship, this study focuses on the concept of social exchange as an instrumental motive to engage in OCB for those who perceive outcome support. The purpose of this study is to identify the conditions of the relationship, its implications for polish organizations perspective and to suggest future researches. (original abstract)
