The experience of the industrial-financial groups forming in the conditions of European Union, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and the USA has been characterized in the article. Positive and negative moments of this process are reflected. Ways and terms of its using in the conditions of national economy of Ukraine are offered. (original abstract)
