Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie problematyki transferu technologii w ramach kooperacji między korporacjami transnarodowymi oraz lokalnymi małymi i średnimi przedsiębiorstwami kraju goszczącego. Zostały w nim przedstawione powiązania kooperacyjne oraz ich wymiar przestrzenny, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem relacji kooperacyjnych z dostawcami lokalnymi. Zaprezentowano też metody tworzenia i utrwalania powiązań pionowych z lokalnymi przedsiębiorstwami przez przedsiębiorstwa zagraniczne oraz proces transferu technologii, a także statyczne i dynamiczne oraz pozytywne i negatywne efekty kooperacji. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na kluczowe determinanty kooperacji oraz omówiono potencjalne znaczenie tego typu kooperacji dla przedsiębiorstw lokalnych kraju goszczącego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the article is to present the issue of technology transfer among transnational corporations and local small and medium enterprises in a host country. The author presents cooperation connections and their spatial dimension, taking into consideration relationships with local suppliers. The paper also shows methods of creation and consolidation vertical connections among foreign corporations and their local suppliers and the essence of technology transfer. There are also presented static and dynamic as well as positive and negative effects of discussed cooperation. The text also pays attention to substantial determinants and the main potential significance of that kind of cooperation for local enterprises in a host country. (original abstract)
