Abstrakty
W deklaracjach konsumentów cena jest często wskazywana jako najistotniejsze kryterium wyboru oferty. Rzeczywistość jest jednak nieco bardziej skomplikowana, w efekcie stosowanie obniżek cenowych nie przekłada się tak prosto na realizację przyjętych celów (m.in. maksymalizacji udziału w rynku). Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie niebezpieczeństw związanych ze stosowaniem obniżek cen. Autorka wskazała zarówno niepożądane reakcje ze strony konsumentów, jak i konkurentów - analiza konkretnego rynku przez pryzmat tych zagrożeń może zapobiec pochopnej decyzji o wdrożeniu pozornie prostego rozwiązania cenowego. According to the declarations of consumers price is the most important selection criterion. But the reality is somewhat more complicated, as a result of the use of price reductions do not translates so easily to implement the objectives (e.g. maximizing market share). The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the dangers of using the price reductions. The author pointed out both adverse reactions from consumers and competitors - an analysis of the specific market from the perspective of these risks can prevent hasty decision to implementa seemingly simple price solution.
