Abstrakty

Przedmiotem opracowania są wybrane problemy związane z własnością publiczną w polskim prawie administracyjnym. Omówiono skąd wywodzi się pojęcie dóbr publicznych oraz co płynęło na poszerzenie rozważań nad tym zagadnieniem o płaszczyznę prawną. W opracowaniu zwrócono uwagę na wartości prawa międzynarodowego publicznego w tym zakresie.

The subject of elaboration are chosen problems connected with public properties in Polish administrative law. The Author reasons that social relations connected with using public properties have become the subject of interest of legal sciences because of economic sciences. Generally accessible properties as he states, are goods of a limited freedom of market laws' interference. In the category of public properties a group of public properties of a global character was separated, i.e. public properties given to be used by members of international communities. In the elaboration attention was turned to values of the public international law in this scope. (original abstract)
