Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono reprezentację procesową Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych i reprezentację procesową organów rentowych służb mundurowych. Przedstawiono rolę organów rentowych służb mundurowych jako wyspecjalizowanych instytucji zabezpieczenia społecznego.

The paper concerns doubts about the practical application of art. 87 § 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure in relation to the situation where pleading of the pension institution is drawn (made and signed) by an employee of such an institution, who does not have the status of the attorney at law. Pointing to dissimilarities between the legal nature of the Social Insurance Institution, as the general pension institution, and the specialized pension institutions of the armed forces (officers), professional soldiers and their families, the author, referring to the case law of the Supreme Court, orders the issue and indicates criteria on which the lawsuit representation of the pension institution by an employee who does not have the status of the attorney at law shall be considered as acceptable or not.
