Abstrakty

Głównym celem, jaki stawia sobie autor w ramach niniejszego artykułu jest identyfikacja skali wykorzystywania wsparcia konsultingowego dla potencjału absorpcyjnego w protechnologicznej działalności innowacyjnej i ocena stopnia zadowolenia przedsiębiorstw z tych usług. W konsekwencji autor zamierza odpowiedzieć na pytanie, czy konsulting jest dobrą i wykorzystywaną alternatywą dla określonych zdolności absorpcyjnych, będących słabością małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw.(fragment tekstu)

In the present paper the author gives theoretical introduction in which he shortly explains the nature of absorptive capacity and its importance in the process of transferring technological innovations from the environment. Moreover, he suggests the role of consulting services in this process. The main part of the paper is of empirical character. This part is an attempt to answer the question if consulting services are used and if they are rewarding form of support for pro-technological absorptive abilities of the firm which, in general, seem to be the weakness of SMEs in kujawsko-pomorskie region.(original abstract)
