Defining the business needs as well the needs for the system is the basic cause for the future users. For that reason and as the result of the more complicated structure of the data processing systems is necessary the need of the building of the appropriate models for the business and the systems needs. In this paper are presented the such multicriterial models based on the graph theory. As the example the needs for the Regional Medical Information System (RMIS) were described. Additionally the examples of the solution architecture for this system were presented. (original abstract)
