Abstrakty

In the paper, the idea of quantitative description of environmental impacts of different solutions, addresses to the processes, objects as well products, in the agro-food sector is presented. The methods used for this purpose are presented and its evaluation of usefulness is carried out. Then the review of the research directions on LCA in the agro-food sector is carried out. At the end, the conclusions concerning the conditions needed for broader application of these parametric methods are drawn. (original abstract)
