EN

Conflict between owners of capital and labourers first appeared when these two factors of production became separate from one another. This only became possible,when labour became enfranchised,i.e. with the advent of the capitalist system. Under capitalism,labour(workers) was free to go wherever it was expecting a remunerated employment. Whenever hired labour is employed, its owner (aworker) wants to maximize its effects in the form of the highest possible wage, while the owner of capital (entrepreneur),seeks the largest difference between the new value created by the labourer and the wage rate paid to him.This conflict was the main focus of the Marxian economic theory and of many others theories formulated before and after Marx.(fragment of text)

Konflikt między kapitałem i pracą jest powszechnie znany w ekonomii. Pojawił się z chwilą powstania kapitalistycznego systemu ekonomicznego, kiedy nastąpiło rozdzielenie tych dwóch czynników produkcji. Globalizacja nie usunęła tego konfliktu ani go nie złagodziła. Nadała mu jednak charakter uniwersalny, przenosząc go z obszaru pojedynczego kraju, a nawet regionu, na arenę światową. Autor stwierdza, że chociaż konflikt między kapitałem a pracą jest nierozerwalnie związany z kapitalistycznym sposobem produkcji i ma obiektywny charakter, nie musi bynajmniej być skrajny i w wyniku kompromisu między celami obydwu czynników produkcji mógłby ulec istotnemu złagodzeniu.
