Abstrakty
The aim of the study is the analysis of e-learning tools effectiveness as well as ways of e-proficiency acquisition by higher educational establishments English teaching staff. The tasks are to define and distinguish the e-learning models and techniques for ESP teaching under modern conditions of society development, to describe the results of e-learning techniques implementation in teaching English to non-linguistic major higher school students.
