Abstrakty

W artykule zdefiniowano dziedzinę ABPD/PI/PM/WM, dokonano analizy przewodnich zasad zdefiniowanych w manifeście eksploracji procesów oraz wskazano kierunki ich dalszego rozwoju. Zastosowano badania literaturowe z zakresu eksploracji procesów oraz metodą badania przypadków z wykorzystaniem systemu Disco firmy Fluxicon.(fragment tekstu)

The paper analyses basic principles in the area of process mining, collected in 2011 by the IEEE Task Force on Process Mining and published as a manifesto of processes mining. The authors used their own translation of the manifesto, and literature studies conducted in this area. Process mining is still immature field of research. Existing large number of standards in this field: BPAF, XES, MXML, and the prevalence of native formats, blocks the development of this field. A framework for research and commercial activities have been identified by a large group of researchers and practitioners gathered around the Task Force on Process Mining created by the IEEE. They state the directions of research and organize the issues related to terminology. the paper will allow a better understanding of the functioning of operational support systems in an enterprise environment.
