Celem niniejszego opracowania jest charakterystyka głównych grup odbiorców produktu turystycznego powstającego na terenie gospodarstw agroturystycznych oraz popytu na te usługi u osób korzystających z wypoczynku na terenach wiejskich. Istotnym aspektem pracy jest analiza korelacji pomiędzy sygnalizowaną przez turystę potrzebą wprowadzenia zmian w ofercie agroturystycznej a odpowiedzią na tę potrzebę ze strony usługodawców.(fragment tekstu)

In the age of sustainable development, particular care about preservation of natural and cultural assets as well as individualization of tourist offer an increasing interest in recreation at agrotourism and ecotourism farms occurs. The offer of agrotourism farms available on the tourism market is not limited only to accommodation and catering services, but is subject to continuous enhancement with elements of active leisure forms, in the scope of both physical and cognitive activity. The aim of this study is to characterize the main target groups of the tourism product created at agrotourism farms and demand for such services in people spending their leisure time in rural areas. Basis for the study there is the survey research in a group of 63 agrotourists and 30 owners of agrotourism farms located in south-western Poland in the region of the Śnieżnik Massif. Analysis of the research results shows correlation between the necessity of agrotourism offer changes mentioned by tourists and the service providers' response to this need. (original abstract)
