Abstrakty

Gospodarka elektroniczna połączyła partnerów gospodarczych za pomocą sieci teleinformatycznych. Przyniosła bezprecedensowy przyrost w ilości i szybkości wymienianej informacji, zmieniła kanały komunikacji i wpłynęła na łańcuchy dostaw. Rozwój technologii informatycznych umożliwił również realizację postulowanej od wielu lat idei przedsiębiorstwa czasu rzeczywistego (real time enterprise - RTE) - organizacji, wewnątrz której informacja jest rozsyłana natychmiast to pojawieniu się jej w dowolnej komórce firmy. Z uwagi m.in. na szybkość działania przedsiębiorstwo czasu rzeczywistego wydaje się być istotnym elementem gospodarki elektronicznej. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Real-Time Enterprise (RTE) is defined as a zero-latency organization. It processes all information in real-time making its business processes shorten. It seems to become an important element of e-commerce. Homogenous IT system data integration and seamless process flows are foundation for running RTE. (original abstract)
