O możliwościach wykorzystywania marki jako skutecznego narzędzia konkurowania przesądza siła marki. K.L. (fragment tekstu)

The article deals with the problem of influence of viral marketing activities on brand perception. On the basis of a literature analysis, the author tries to answer the question what could be a positive and the negative influence effect of viral marketing on brand image. The results shows, that although viral marketing actions could bring a lot of positive results to the way brand is perceived, it's also related with some threats. Basic problems in this matter are the lack of control, finding a suitable for the brand image viral marketing message and reducing possible distractive impact of negative opinions.(original abstract)
