Abstrakty

Na przykładzie powiatu kołobrzeskiego i danych z Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Kołobrzegu w artykule przedstawiono formy wsparcia przedsiębiorców. Dane statystyczne obejmują lata 2007-2011. Na tej podstawie określono, które z zastosowanych narzędzi charakteryzują się największą efektywnością i zainteresowaniem potencjalnych odbiorców, a co za tym idzie, najbardziej przyczyniają się do ograniczenia wzrostu bezrobocia i wsparcia przedsiębiorców w regionie. Local government unit, which is the district, offers a range of tools that directly or indirectly are able to create business activity and influence the development of the whole entrepreneurship in the region. District Self-Government, through the Labour Offices, can significantly determine the intensification of entrepreneurship in their fields through the support of entities already operating, or those who just want to start a business. Labour market instruments referred to the Law of 20 April 2004 on employment promotion and labour market instruments, can successfully be used both in relation to large, medium and micro enterprises. The grants to start a business, retrofitting for entities already operating, training, internships and intervention works are just some of the instruments the implementation of which can actively support the local community. Based on the example the District Kolobrzeski and analysis of data from the District Employment Office in Kolobrzeg, provides information about what support are addressed to entrepreneurs from the District Kolobrzeski, and presented statistics indicate the use of funds in 2007-2011 and their direction. At the end of the work is included to answer the question which of the described forms of assistance to entrepreneurs should be implemented by the District and District Labour Office in Kolobrzeg for the following years because of their efficiency and the interest of the beneficiaries.(original abstract)
