Przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących właściwości ślizgowych i wielkości zużycia stopu CuSn 10% wag. oraz CuSn 10P 1,0% wag.

The paper presents the results of tests of the slip properties and wear of unery and binary tin casting alloys. The properties have been compared with the properties of the binary antinomy bronze. On the premises suggesting a favourable influence of the changes in the initial structure of the casting alloy on the slip properties and wear, the binary tin bronze was subject to heat treatment. The heat treatment of the CuSn 10% bronze reduced considerably the wear of the alloy in mixed friction conditions. However, no visible influence of the structural changes on the slip properties was observed. This makes the wear parameter a quantity much more sensitive to changes in the structure thin slip properties. Moreover, the wear of the steel counter-speciment mating with the heat-treated CuSn 10% alloy was found to be considerably smaller. (original abstract)
