Makroekonomia dla nowoczesnej gospodarki

W drugiej połowie XIX w. w niektórych krajach nowoczesna gospodarka zaczęła zajmować miejsce gospodarki tradycyjnej, a w drugiej połowie XX w. to samo stało się w o wiele większej liczbie państw. System, dla którego typowe było samozatrudnienie i samofinansowanie, utorował drogę systemowi przedsiębiorstw wyposażonych w rozmaite wolności gospodarowania oraz instytucji, które umożliwiały rozwój. Była to "wielka transformacja", o której historycy, socjologowie oraz komentatorzy spraw gospodarczych mieli napisać tomy. W krajach, w których w pełni wprowadzono nowoczesną gospodarkę, wywarła ona rzeczywiście transformacyjny wpływ na narody, natomiast znacznie słabiej oddziaływała na ekonomię. Jeśli istnieje nić łącząca moje publikacje, zwłaszcza te omawiane tutaj, to jest nią próba brania przez cały czas pod uwagę szczególnej natury nowoczesnej gospodarki. Jaka jest jej natura?
