Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule postawiono tezę, że skuteczność projektowania i implementacji orientacji procesowej w sektorze MŚP decyduje o skuteczności i efektywności zastosowań elementów koncepcji Six Sigma^TM. Przedstawiono wybrane wyniki badań mających odpowiedzieć na pytanie - w jakim stopniu małe i średnie firmy produkcyjne, usługowe oraz produkcyjno-usługowe w regionie pomorskim są świadome znaczenia i przygotowane do systemowo ujętego nadzorowania swoich procesów w odniesieniu do elementów koncepcji Six Sigma^TM. W podsumowaniu wskazano najistotniejsze wnioski płynące z tych badań, w tym lukę metodyczną oraz spodziewane efekty działań. (abstrakt oryginalny)

In this article, it has been proposed that the effectiveness of the design and implementation of the process approach in the SMEs sector affects the effectiveness and efficiency of the application of elements of the Six Sigma^TM concept. The selected results of the research have been presented to answer the question to what extent small and medium-sized manufacturing, service and production - service companies in region of Pomeranian are aware of the importance of and prepared for the systemic monitoring of their processes in relation to elements of the concept of Six Sigma^TM. In the summary that most relevant conclusions of these studies, including the methodological gap and the expected effects of measures have been indicated. (original abstract)
