Abstrakty
W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono niektóre problemy działalności kółek rolniczych i związane z nimi organizacje, które działają na rzecz rozwoju oraz unowocześniania rolnictwa chłopskiego i jego poprawy warunków życia i pracy ludności wiejskiej.
In the article the author discusses the social and economic activity of farmers' circles. The author also considers other organizations which are associated with that movement /circles of rural housewives, branch associations, cooperatives of farmers' circles and other/. The author pays a particular attention to the importance of farmers' circles for the modernization of individual agriculture and for the activities whose aim is the improvement of living and working conditions of the rural population. The author points out that intense activity of farmers' circles backed with the activity of the rural population may constitute a guarantee that the existing social and economic problems of farmers and agriculture will be solved.
