Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono rozważania na temat barier wyżywienia ludności świata, różnice w poziomie wyżywienia w świecie oraz problemy produkcji żywności.

In the article the author has discussed the main causes which limit the possibility of a quick increase of the level of nutrition of the world's population. In the article attention has been drawn in particular to the existing difference in the level of food consumption in the world as well as to the existing differences in the economic development of particular regions of the world, to the population growth rate, to the uneven distribution of food production and its maladjustment to population's needs. In the article the author has also pointed out the existing great difference in the efficiency of agriculture of the developing countries and the developed countries. (original abstract)
