Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie opracowanych na podstawie teorii i podejścia konfiguracyjnego, a także wyników przeprowadzonych badań założeń koncepcyjnych do badania przedsiębiorstw odpryskowych. Teoretyczne ustawienie konfiguracji umożliwiło wyselekcjonowanie wiodących składników konfiguracji organizacyjnych w ramach firm odpryskowych. Badanie konfiguracji atrybutów odbywało się za pomocą algebry Boole'a - systemu zapisu, umożliwiającego algebraiczne przetwarzanie stwierdzeń logicznych. Na podstawie trzynastu przebadanych przedsiębiorstw odpryskowych wyselekcjonowano alternatywne modele konfiguracyjne prowadzące do wysokiej efektywności funkcjonowania badanych firm.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The purpose of this article is to present the conceptual framework to study spinoff companies based on the theory developed and approach configuration, as well as the results of the research. Theoretical configuration setting enabled the selection of the leading components of the organizational configuration of the spin-offs. The study took place in the configuration attributes using Boolean algebra - recording system, enabling the processing of algebraic logic statements. On the basis of thirteen spin-off companies there were selected configuration alternative models leading to high efficiency of the surveyed companies.(original abstract)
