Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule podjęto próbę oceny możliwości praktycznego wykorzystania wniosków płynących z nauki o złożoności do budowy elastycznych struktur organizacyjnych. Większość prac poruszających temat zastosowania paradygmatów złożoności do procesów zarządzania koncentruje się na ogólnym opisie analogii między systemami złożonymi a organizacjami. Celem artykułu nie jest podanie takich algorytmów, lecz określenie, które kategorie złożoności mogą być w sposób skuteczny wykorzystane przy budowie elastycznych struktur i jakie podstawowe warunki muszą być spełnione, aby proces ten mógł być skuteczny. The article is an attempt to answer the problem, if and how chaos and complexity theories can be utilized to design flexible organization structure. Basic differences between traditional and complexity approach to natural phenomena description are briefly explained. The most important categories and phenomena of chaotic and complex systems are also presented. The main part of the article illustrates how fundamental categories of complexity are utilized for analyzing sociological issues, especially organizational behaviours. Furthermore, examples of organization structures, which are developed using these categories are showed. Based on that, the set of fundamental features of flexible structure designed on the basis of complexity paradigms was developed. (original abstract)
