Abstrakty
Przedmiotem rozważań są powiązania między podmiotami rynku turystycznego a firmami oferującymi wysokospecjalistyczne usługi biznesowe. Usługi tego typu wzbudzają od kilkunastu lat coraz większe zainteresowanie zarówno naukowców, jak i przedsiębiorców. Wynika to z wkładu tych usług w tworzenie przewagi konkurencyjnej firm. Celem pracy jest określenie zakresu korzystania z usług reklamowych przez przedsiębiorstwa turystyczne w Polsce. W części teoretycznej przeprowadzono kwerendę literatury polskiej i anglojęzycznej poświęconej wysokospecjalistycznym usługom biznesowym oraz ich związkom z rynkiem turystycznym. Część empiryczną opracowania przygotowano na podstawie wyników badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych drogą internetową w I kwartale 2013 r.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The subject of the paper is the relationship between the entities of the Polish tourism market and the companies offering highly specialized business services. These services have focused for some years a growing interest of both academics and entrepreneurs. This is due to the role of such services in the creation of competitive advantage, including the increase of their innovation. The aim of this study is to determine the level of use of selected business services for tourism sector in Poland. In the theoretical part of the paper the English and Polish language literature devoted to knowledge-intensive business services and their relations with the tourist market was reviewed. The empirical part is based on the results of surveys conducted by e-mail in the first quarter of 2013. They revealed that advertising services were used the most often by tourism enterprises. Therefore the analysis of these relations is undertaken in the paper(original abstract)
