Abstrakty

W kwietniu 2013 r. zanotowano poprawę nastrojów polskich gospodarstw domowych drugi raz z rzędu. Wskaźnik Kondycji Gospodarstw Domowych IRG SGH (IRGKGD) zwiększył się o ok. 4,8 pp. (po poprawie w I kw. o ok. 5,5 pp.). Poprawa w I półroczu br. nastąpiła po znaczącym pogorszeniu nastrojów w IV kw. ub.r. (wówczas zanotowano spadek o ponad 10 pp.). Wartość wskaźnika w ostatnich kilku kwartałach podlegała silnym wahaniom. Jego wartość po oczyszczeniu z fluktuacji krótkookresowych, jest obecnie w stagnacji, jednak na poziomie niższym niż podczas minimum z okresu kryzysu lat 2008- 2009. W bieżącym badaniu poprawie uległy prawie wszystkie składowe Wskaźnika, z wyjątkiem prognozy oszczędności. W największym stopniu do wzrostu Wskaźnika IRGKGD przyczynił się spadek obaw przed bezrobociem, oceny w tym zakresie zmalały o ok. 15 pp.(fragment tekstu)

In April 2013, there was improvement in sentiment Polish households for the second time in a row. The IRG SGH Household Condition Indicator (IRGKGD) increased by about 4.8 pp. (after improving in the first quarter by about 5.5 pp.). The improvement in the first half of this year occurred after a significant deterioration in sentiment in the fourth quarter of last year (then there was a decrease of more than 10 pp.). Value of the indicator over the past few quarters is subject to strong fluctuations. The indicator adjusted from short-term fluctuations is currently at a stagnation, but at a level lower than the minimum of the crisis period of 2008-2009. In the current study, there were improved almost all the components of the index, with the exception of savings projections. The increase of the IRGKGD Index was mainly due to a decrease of the fears of unemployment.(fragment of text)
