In the paper is presented the Common User Access (CUA) one of the elements of SAA. In the short introduction is discussed an importance of Software Ergonomics and standarisation of user interface for microcomputer's systems. In the second part of the paper there is the presentation of most characteristic elements and rules of CUA. (original abstract)
