W kontekście regulacji systemu podatkowego omówiono funkcjonowanie małych przedsiębiorstw.

One can notice an increase of importance of small business both in theory and practice. The topic of the article is practice of the activity of the small firms between 1990-1991. There are described legal conditions and law regulations for small firms. Thus the tax system and the customs law is presented as well as its economic results. Finally there are conclusions reffering to changes and rationalisations needed in this field. (original abstract)
