Economic world transformations that have been taking place in the world for some dozens years, do occur not only at a higher rate but also at a much larger scale than previously. Among the determinants of particular importance for the present global developments one should distinguish the opening of economies, societies and states, the international and domestic contrasts that result of a rapid acceleration of development, as well as a powerful influence of the tax models and functions of taxes on the directions of changes. This article deals with selected aspects of fiscal policy within the free economy. (original abstract)
