Abstrakty

W opracowaniu zaprezentowano rys historyczny rozwoju metod ekonometrycznego modelowania popytu konsumpcyjnego. Opisano koncepcje teoretyczne oraz przedstawiono najważniejsze prace empiryczne z tego zakresu do lat 50. XX wieku. Zasygnalizowano także współczesne wyzwania w dziedzinie modelowania konsumpcji. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono ekonometrycznej analizie popytu na żywność. (abstrakt oryginalny)

In the study we presented a brief historical background concerning the development of econometric modeling of consumer demand. We described theoretical concepts and the signifi cant empirical work from this scope to the 50's of the previous century. We also signaled the contemporary challenges in modeling of consumption. Particular attention was paid to the econometric analysis of food demand. (original abstract)
