Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest osadzenie eksperymentu w metodologii badań ekonomicznych. Prezentowane studium stanowi próbę połączenia podejścia ortodoksyjnego do konstruowania metody poznania w naukach ekonomicznych z podejściem heterodoksyjnym. Pierwsze nie traktuje ekonomii jako nauki eksperymentalnej, budując jej metodę na fundamencie hipotetyczno-dedukcyjnym. Drugie przypisuje kontrolowanemu eksperymentowi znaczenie narzędzia empirycznego, które może wzmacniać lub osłabiać potencjał wyjaśniający teorii ekonomicznych. Autor proponuje uznanie metod eksperymentalnych za narzędzie poznania w ekonomii, analogicznie jak w przypadku wnioskowania statystycznego.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The goal of the article is to propose the placement of the experiment within the cognition process in economic sciences. The study tries to comply the orthodox approach to cognition method with heterodox approach. First it does not treat economy as experimental science, building its method on hypothetically-deductive foundation. Second it attributes controlled experiments with features of the empirical tool, which can strengthen the explanatory potential of the economic theories. The author proposes to recognize experimental methods as a tool of cognition in economy, on the analogy of statistical inference.(original abstract)
