Abstrakty

Opracowanie prezentuje problematykę zmian zachodzących w funkcjonowaniu europejskich operatorów pocztowych. Porusza zagadnienia przekształceń struktury organizacji pocztowych, zmian w strukturze świadczonych usług ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem usług logistycznych oraz ekspansji przedsiębiorstw w skali międzynarodowej. Analiza wdrażanych zmian strategicznych i rozwoju wybranych operatorów pocztowych na przestrzeni ostatnich lat daje możliwość określenia uogólnionych istotnych czynników, które determinują ewolucję organizacji pocztowej, dostosowanej do rzeczywistości globalnego rynku usług pocztowych i logistycznych. The paper concentrates on the changes in the European postal operators' functioning. The issues of the transformation of the postal organization structure as well as changes in the structure of services with special look at expansion of logistics services and international businesses has being discussed. The analysis of implemented strategic changes and development in the selected postal operators in recent years enables to determine the generalized important factors which determine the evolution of the postal organization, adapted to the reality of the global market for postal and logistics services.
