This paper seeks to discuss integrity management and anti-corruption actions in an organizational context, and suggests innovative methods of integrity and corruption-prevention management in diverse organizations. It is an exploration of finding better ways of integrity management and integrity competences acquisition, in addition to building corruption-preventative contexts with the aim of constructing corruption-free organizations that benefit their owners, shareholders and community stakeholders.
