Rola i znaczenie metodyk społecznych w tworzeniu systemów informatycznych

Abstrakty

Teoria i praktyka analizy i projektowania systemów informatycznych koncentruje się na podejściach strukturalnym i obiektowym. (...) Znacznie mniej znane jest podejście społeczne (ang. soft systems methodology). Skupia ono jednak coraz większą uwagę profesjonalistów w krajach o długiej tradycji i wysokiej kulturze informatycznej. W niniejszym opracowaniu zarysowano główne założenia metodyk społecznych, a także zaprezentowano proces tworzenia systemów informatycznych. Praca nawiązuje do zastosowań praktycznych metodyki społecznej poprzez opracowanie wzbogaconego wizerunku, definicji podstawowej oraz modelu konceptualnego. (fragment tekstu)
