Wielokryterialne metody wspomagania decyzji w procesie innowacji

Inspiracją do napisania tej pracy były wyzwania, jakie stawiają dzisiejsze czasy podmiotom prowadzącym działalność gospodarczą. Globalna konkurencja, deregulacja, zwiększona zmienność otoczenia i związana z nią niepewność wymagają odpowiedniej reakcji ze strony zarządzających firmami. Podejmowanie decyzji staje się procesem coraz bardziej złożonym i wymagającym nowoczesnych metod wspartych technikami informatycznymi. W odpowiedzi na te wyzwania w środowisku badań operacyjnych pojawiły się nurty obejmujące metody i techniki nakierowane na problemy o charakterze strategicznym, w którym złożone powiązania oraz ilość i jakość informacji nie pozwalają na na zastosowanie klasycznych metod optymalizacji. Zanczenie, jakie ma innowacyjność w gospodarce światowej i waga, jaką innowacyjności przypisuje się w Unii Europejskiej, skłoniły autora do zajęcia się problemami decyzyjnymi występującymi w procesie innowacji. Są one dobrym przykładem problemów o strategicznym charakterze i doskonale nadają się na doświadczalne pole dla wielokryterialnych metod wspomagania decyzji. (fragment tekstu)
