Twórcza strategia organizacji

Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów - dwa są teoretyczne , a trzeci przedstawia wyniki przeprowadzonych badań. W pierwszym rozdziale podjęto próbę uporządkowania definicji koncepcji i modeli twórczości organizacyjnej. Zidentyfikowano możliwość zintegrowania tych dwóch konstruktów, przedstawiając jednocześnie sprzeczności i stereotypy w myśleniu o twórczości w połączeniu z myśleniem strategicznym. Nakreślono obszar i istotę twórczej strategii wraz z charakterystyką jej wymiarów: strategicznej innowacyjności, strategicznej przedsiębiorczości, strategicznego przywództwa i strategicznego projektu organizacji twórczej. (...) W drugim rozdziale rozwinięto koncepcję twórczej strategii organizacji i opisano jej teoretyczne wymiary. Rozważania w tym rozdziale skupiły się wokół teoretycznego modelu powiązań: twórczość-wymiary twórczej strategii-efektywność. (...) Trzeci rozdział zawiera empiryczną analizę wymiarów twórczej strategii. Zidentyfikowane w wyniku analizy literatury przedmiotu relacje teoretyczne pomiędzy zmiennymi stały się podstawą do zbudowania modelu badawczego oraz wyprowadzenia hipotez badawczych. Przeprowadzone badania weryfikują w szczególności: wymiary twórczej strategii, sprzeczności w wymiarach twórczej strategii, relacje między wymiarami twórczej strategii a efektywnością, relacje między sprzecznościami twórczej strategii a efektywnością.
