Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono zadłużenie krajów rozwijających się w latach 1982-1988 oraz podstawowe wskaźniki zadłużenia. Omówiono mechanizm zamiany długów na udziały kapitałowe. Na koniec przedstawiono wielkość zamienionych długów i ich ceny rynkowe.

The attempts at solving the world indebtedness crisis have not brought the expected results yet. Now is the time for the indebtedness strategy to enter a new phase. One of the latest techniques of solving the problem of indebtedness is the exchange for assets in monetary which are placed as direct investments in indebted countries. It is to be hoped that it will contribute to the decrease in the indebtedness and the increase in the economic development of those countries. (original abstract)
