Abstrakty

Strategia 2020 Unii Europejskiej do najważniejszych celów zalicza poprawę efektywności energetycznej gospodarki oraz oszczędzanie energii. Parlament Europejski oraz państwa członkowskie przygotowują ramy prawne oraz instrumenty finansowe wspomagające realizację inwestycji i innych działań, które umożliwią osiągnięcie wyznaczonych celów. Wdrażanie tego rodzaju projektów przyczyni się do rozwoju gospodarczego, wzrostu zatrudnienia oraz postępu w innowacyjnych gałęziach przemysłu. Pozwoli również zwiększyć bezpieczeństwo energetyczne państw UE oraz pozytywnie wpłynie na środowisko, zmniejszając emisję gazów cieplarnianych i innych szkodliwych substancji. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Energy efficiency and savings are included to the most important aims of the Strategy 2020 of European Union. European Parliament and the Member States prepare the legal frames and financial instruments helping the realization of the investment and various actions which will make possible the achievement of appointed aims. Implementation of this kind of projects will contribute to economic development, the growth of employment and progress in the innovative branches of the industry. It will also let increase the energy security of the Member States, and will influence the environment favourably, reducing the emission of the greenhouse gases and various harmful substances.
