Abstrakty

Zapewnienie usług rynku pracy tradycyjnie było zadaniem publicznych służb zatrudnienia. Obecnie coraz częstszą praktyką jest prywatyzacja świadczenia usług adresowanych do osób poszukujących pracy. Jedną z metod prywatyzacji tego sektora usług publicznych są vouchery na usługi rynku pracy. Rozwiązanie to umożliwia osobom uprawnionym do dostępu do usług wybór ich dostawcy spośród wielu konkurencyjnych usługodawców. Autor przedstawia doświadczenia niemieckie stosowania voucherów na usługi rynku pracy oraz analizuje możliwości ich wprowadzenia w Polsce. (abstrakt oryginalny)

According to classic model public employment services were fully responsible for provision of labour market services. Recently there may be noticed the tendency for privatization of delivery of the services for unemployed. One of the leading methods of privatization is implementation of vouchers for various labour market services. This instrument is aimed at allowing the unemployed to choose the service provider. The purpose of this article is to present the German's experience at using vouchers for labour market services provision and to study the need for their application in the Polish active labour market policy.
