Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przeprowadzenie dyskusji nad rolą przywódców w procesach zarządzania innowacjami. Przyjęcie założenia o niskim poziomie innowacyjności przedsiębiorstw stanowiło punkt wyjścia do przedstawienia dwóch zagadnień, które zdaniem autorów można uznać za krytyczne w procesie zarządzania innowacjami - kreowania innowacji poprzez wiedzę i współpracę oraz roli kolektywnego geniuszu w zarządzaniu innowacjami.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The purpose of the article is to discuss the role of leaders in innovation management processes. The paper starts with an assumptions of low level of enterprises innovation which later allows to present two issues that, in the opinion of the authors, can be considered as critical in the process of innovation management - creating of innovation through knowledge and collaboration and the role of collective genius to manage innovation.(original abstract)
